The good advice of the wise

 These days singing and praying for universal peace

new dawn of human rights unviolated

something inside me insists ethnic strife destroys virtue

we are unable to defeat weird devil 

as life's streams flowing with love are gone

one last fight to create brotherhood

it is time to stop pursing revenge

better to feed all creation with compassion

all people of all nations must still be loved

Edmund Spenser's Pictorial Power

Bloggers Community Spenser’s masterpiece Fairy Queen is an exraordinary allegory. Dryden aptly remarks about Spenser: “ No man was ever born with a greater genius or more knowledge to support it”.
