Body Clock

It is well known that Body Clock regulates our body temperature, blood pressure and our capacity to cope with stress and pressures. Our internal clock determines our energy and alertness in completing our daily tasks. We will have better performance level if we are early risers in the morning. Larks and early birds greet the dawn, and are fresh throughout the day. On the contrary, the people who don’t sleep until 2 a.m. lose their freshness and alertness. Larks are better than night owls. With our biological rhythm in proper order and good shape, we can hope to face the setbacks and stress in a better way.
We will be soon worn out if we fail to obey our body clock. It has been righty said: “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man (or woman) healthy and wise”.

Angels in the early morning may be seen the
dews among.
Stooping, plucking, smiling, flying.
Do the buds to them belong? -   Emily Dickinson
Our body clock keeps us healthy if we have the habit of rising early. As we rise with the dawn, we experience sparks of divinity. Rume aptly says that the breeze at dawn has secrets to tell us.  With fragrant vapours touching our innermost soul, night dew and celestial chirping of birds,  to rise early in the morning maintains our body clock in a perfectly healthy way.
